The $3.8 million collection, generously donated by Samuel and Berry Shoen, includes oil paintings and drawings from Armenia, Byelorussia, Russia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan when the areas were under Soviet rule in the 20th Century.

Elementary students can celebrate their role models with cinnamon rolls during special morning events across Kenosha schools this spring. Registration is open for families and community members interested in attending.
