Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine is offering team training for DGSA Fire athletes.
During this 7-week training program, athletes will focus on:
Strength and conditioning, core and balance training, and overall athleticism

March 24 – May 5 (Thursdays)
March 24 ( 6 – 7 p.m.)
March 31 (4:30 – 5:30 p.m.)
April 7 – May 5 (6 -7 p.m.)
Price – $112 (7 sessions, $16 per session)
