Students in Ms. Witt’s 7th grade science class at Washington Middle School are learning about cells and organelles, focusing on the structure and function of each component. The class is using comparisons to real-world systems such as cities, schools, and factories to help students understand how cell parts work together to sustain life.

Indian Trail High School and Academy had the highest student enrollment among Kenosha County schools in the 2023-24 school year, with a total of 2,001 students, according to data from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (https://dpi.wi.gov/). This number represents a 1.1% increase from the previous year (https://dpi.wi.gov/).

The enrollment figures for Indian Trail High School and Academy confirm its status as one of the largest educational institutions in the area (https://dpi.wi.gov/).
