Kenosha County will hold its annual Veterans Breakfast and Resource Fair on Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Kenosha County Job Center. The event, announced by County Executive Samantha Kerkman, will run from 9 a.m. to noon with doors opening at 8:30 a.m.
The breakfast is free and open to the public. Piasecki Funeral Home is sponsoring the meal in recognition of those who have served in the U.S. military. The program will include military honors, the national anthem, and a brief ceremony beginning at 9 a.m.
Throughout the morning, attendees can visit a resource fair featuring informational vendors and receive free haircuts from Gateway Technical College student barbers.
