Kenosha Streetcar service will not operate on Saturday, January 24, and Sunday, January 25, 2026. The City of Kenosha made this decision after evaluating the effects of extreme weather on the streetcar system. No substitute transportation options will be available during the suspension.

City officials stated that a comprehensive review was conducted to assess operational and safety risks caused by the severe weather. “The service suspension follows a thorough operational and safety assessment of the weather’s impact on the streetcar line.”

The city issued an apology for any inconvenience resulting from this interruption and advised riders to make alternative plans. “The City of Kenosha apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and encourages riders to plan accordingly.”
