Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on January 25.

Each year, the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors looking to further their education. These scholarship opportunities are open to all employees of Chamber Members. Scholarships are formally awarded each year at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting.

Since 1994, college scholarships have been awarded to Kenosha County High School students that display positive character, leadership skills, academic excellence, community involvement, and future aspirations. Among other qualifications, applicants must have a connection to the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce either through an employer or a parent/guardian’s employer. In 2022, the Foundation plans to award a minimum of four $2,500 scholarships.
