Exhibit

Carthage College issued the following announcement.

‘Recent Alumni Group Exhibition’

Time: All Day (until September 25)

Location: H. F. Johnson Gallery of Art

The first gallery event of the season features the work of recent studio art alumni — graduates from the Class of 2020. The “Recent Alumni Group Exhibition” is from Monday, Sept. 14 through Friday, Sept. 25, in the H. F. Johnson Gallery of Art.

Featuring the work of Leslie Arriaga ’20, Eryn Benner ’20, Miranda Gort ’20, Elle Maru ’20, Clare McCauley ’20, Gabrielle Schmitt ’20, Katie Schram ’20, Julia Thomas ’20, and Janelle Taylor ’20, this group exhibition is an overdue celebration of thesis research that had been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for our Carthage and Kenosha communities.

There will be no opening reception for this exhibition. The gallery is open to Carthage students, faculty, and staff only. Gallery hours are from noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to 8 p.m. Thursdays. Gallery hours are subject to change, and only four people are allowed in the gallery at a time. For more information, please contact the gallery at 262-551-6341 during business hours.
