Carthage College issued the following announcement.
Holiday Food Drive
Time: All Day (until November 23)
Location: Carthage College
As holidays approach, there is a significant need for donations in our local food pantries. The Center for Faith and Spirituality is partnering with the Carthage Staff Council to sponsor a holiday food drive Monday, Nov. 16 through Monday, Nov. 23. Donations will support Kenosha’s Shalom Center, Grace Welcome Center, and Luther’s Lunchbox.
DONATIONS SHOULD CONSIST OF NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS:
Pasta and sauces
Peanut butter and jelly
Canned vegetables and fruit
Single-meal items
Canned meats
Snack items
FIND DONATIONS BOXES AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
Lobby of A. F. Siebert Chapel
Hedberg Library
Lentz Hall
David A. Straz Jr. Center room 167C (admin office)
Second floor of the H. F. Johnson Center for the Fine Arts (outside admin office)
Red Zone
Tarble, Denhart, Madrigano, Johnson, and The Tower residence halls
Donated items will be delivered to the centers the week after Thanksgiving.
