Tremper High School standout Ben Loyd’s college team lost in NCAA Division I baseball game on Saturday, Feb. 22

On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Tremper High School standout Ben Loyd’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.

The game took place at Capaha Field. This was their second matchup against the Redhawks this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 4 p.m. at Capaha Field against Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.
