On Monday, March 17, former Indian Trail High School And Academy standout Emma Giese’s current college team, the UW Whitewater Warhawks, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Springfield Pride.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Pride this season.

The Warhawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 9 a.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Fredonia Blue Devils.
