The Washburn Ichabods, featuring former Bradford High School standout Max Strash, secured a 6-5 victory over the Fort Hays State Tigers in their NCAA Division II baseball game played at 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 17.

Falley Field served as the venue for this game, marking the teams’ second meeting of the season. Their earlier contest, held on Tuesday, Feb. 24, saw the Ichabods claim a 13-8 win.

Strash took the mound and pitched 0.2 innings during the game.

Next on the Ichabods’ schedule is a home matchup set for 4 p.m. Friday, March 20, at Falley Field, where they will face the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats.
