Midgrade gas was sold at the lowest price of $2.83 per gallon at one gas station in Kenosha County during the week ending Feb. 21, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Midgrade gas prices averaged $3.09 per gallon in Kenosha County.
Of the 69 reported gas stations located within Kenosha County, 28 offered midgrade gas.
For comparison, the average price of midgrade gas in Wisconsin was $3.08 per gallon for the week ending Feb. 21, down from the previous week.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
