Yoga of 12-step recovery is a meeting in which a licensed yoga instructor guides attendees through a free yoga class that supports recovery and wellness. Equipment is provided.
This is a free community-based support group which is open to the public. No preregistration, invitation or referral is required. Meetings are open to anyone who has a desire to address issues relating to substance abuse disorders or compulsive behavioral disorders.
