Kenosha County’s 57 coaches earned an average salary of $51,890 in 2022, according to the U.S. Department of Education.

This is the third highest average salary per county earned by coaches at Wisconsin post-secondary schools during 2022.

Kenosha County is home to two post-secondary schools that paid coaches during 2022. Among them, Carthage College stood out with the highest average coaching salary of $52,821.

Male coaches of men's teams received $52,579 on average in Kenosha County, while female coaches in charge of women's teams earned an average of $49,942.

Research from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management found NCAA coaches are compensated like CEOs, with top coaches earning more than $1.5 million annually.
