On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Indian Trail High School And Academy standout Alona Boydston’s current college team, the Butler Bulldogs, won 13-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Detroit Mercy Titans.

The game took place at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Titans this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 3:30 p.m. at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex against Valparaiso Beacons.
