Antioch home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Antioch rose by $7,950 while total sales decreased by 29.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,000 - a 3.5% increase over the $225,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Antioch in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Antioch for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,356, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
