Antioch home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Antioch rose by $6,100 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,100 - a 2.7% increase over the $224,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Antioch in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Antioch for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,356, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
