Antioch home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Antioch fell by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 25.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 7% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Antioch in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Antioch for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,356, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
