Antioch home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Antioch fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 - a 1.2% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Antioch in October 2017.
