Antioch home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Antioch rose by $28,400 while total sales increased by 11.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,900 - a 15.1% increase over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Antioch in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Antioch for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,356, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
