Kenosha leaders discuss economic development at Leadership Kenosha event

Leadership Kenosha's February session provided insights into business and economic development, along with a focus on inclusive leadership led by Marvin Bembry. The event took place at Uline and included a panel discussion moderated by Dave Strash, President/CEO of the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce. Participants also toured Uline’s warehouse.

The panel featured County Executive Samantha Kerkman, Uline Director of Finance Laura Thelen, and KABA President Nicole Ryf. They discussed leadership, workforce development, and the challenges and opportunities impacting Kenosha County's economic future. Each panelist shared their personal leadership experiences and philosophies. They stressed the importance of adaptability in leadership by sharing instances where plans did not go as expected and the lessons learned from those situations.
