Sunday, April 13: Tremper High School standout Ben Loyd’s college team loses to Ball State Cardinals

On Sunday, April 13, former Tremper High School standout Ben Loyd’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, lost 14-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Ball State Cardinals.

The game took place at Ball Diamond. This was their third matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 3:30 p.m. at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park against Northwestern Wildcats.
