On Friday, April 18, former Indian Trail High School And Academy standout Alona Boydston’s current college team, the Butler Bulldogs, lost 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Villanova Wildcats.

The game took place at Butler Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 2 p.m. at Essex County Mike Sheppard, Sr. Field against Seton Hall Pirates.
