The City of Kenosha Parks Department has announced that the Washington Park Pool, located at 1821 Washington Road, will be closed on Sunday, July 20 due to operational adjustments.
Residents are encouraged to visit Anderson Park Pool at 8730 22nd Ave., which will remain open during its regular hours from 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. The facility offers a variety of amenities including a large main pool, a tot pool with a small children’s slide, two full-size water slides, a diving board, and more.
Additionally, several splash pads in the city are available daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., providing families with free options for cooling off this summer. These include locations at Anderson Park Pool, Southport Marina Park at 5707 Third Ave., Horizon Park at 6598 112th Ave., and Schulte Park at 4400 87th Place.
