Bristol #1 School District issued the following announcement on Nov. 5
Please review the important upcoming weekly announcements compiled by Bristol’s Administrative Team.
● 11/8/21-11/16/21- Bristol Student Council’s Food Drive: Donate any non-perishable food or toiletry items for the Sharing Center. Donations can be dropped off at school entrances or students may drop them in crates outside of their classrooms. Requested items: soups, rice, breakfast bars, cereal, canned fruit/vegetables, peanut butter, toilet paper, paper towels, personal hygiene items and cleaning products.
● 11/9/21 - Bristol Black Out: Calling all Bristol middle school students to support Bristol’s Basketball Team on Tuesday, November 9th at 4pm by wearing all back and sitting in the “Crew Quarters'’ section during the B & A game!
● 11/9/21 - PTO Bristol 45 Diner Fundraiser: No dinner prep needed on Tuesday, November 9! Head on over to the Bristol 45 diner and have an awesome meal while helping the PTO! FLYER MUST BE PRESENTED FOR PTO CREDIT! Dine-in only, between the hours of 4-8pm. See you there!
● Stay Connected and engaged in your student learning. We are nearing the end of the first trimester already. All grades for Trimester 1 will be posted on December 1, 2021.
● Student Arrival Reminders: We ask that all students are in their assigned classroom seats when the bell rings at the start of the school day at 7:35am. Students who are not in their assigned seats by 7:35am will be considered tardy. All school doors will be locked at 7:35am. All arrivals after 7:35am will need to go through Door #2 and sign in. A parent or guardian is expected to sign the child(ren) in at the School Office.
● PTO is Now Accepting Monthly Bristol Staff Nominations! Do you wish to celebrate an awesome Bristol Staff? Nominate them through completing PTO "Staff of the Month" nomination form! Any Bristol staff is eligible for nomination including and not limited to teachers, nurses, secretaries, educational assistants, etc... Parents are encouraged to help their younger children complete the form. Does your child prefer to write or draw their submission? No problem, just upload it to the nomination form.
