Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) has announced its 2025 honorees during the annual Recognition Week. This event highlights the contributions of staff members, students, and families who are integral to the district's operations. The week serves as a time to acknowledge those whose dedication positively impacts students and the broader KUSD community.

During this period, KUSD recognizes staff members celebrating significant milestones in their careers with the district, specifically marking 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years of service. "Your commitment and dedication are greatly appreciated. Congratulations!" states the announcement.

Additionally, colleagues nominate peers for going above and beyond their duties through Spark Awards. These awards honor individuals who exemplify excellence in building relationships, fostering innovation, enhancing instruction, strengthening communication skills, and maintaining professional learning and ethical practices within KUSD.

The Friends in Education category celebrates individuals or groups that support teaching and learning across the district. Their efforts have a lasting impact on education within KUSD.

"Please join us in congratulating this year’s Spark Award winners and Friends in Education honorees!" encourages the announcement.
