The Village of Union Grove has implemented a new payment processor, Xpress Bill Pay, for utility bill payments. This change introduces several options for residents, such as online account access, paperless billing, and the ability to make both automatic and one-time payments. Residents can also receive notifications via email or text when a new bill is available.
Village Hall now accepts debit and credit card payments at its front counter in addition to traditional methods. Those who wish to avoid processing fees can continue paying by mailing checks or using cash at Village Hall.
