Antioch home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Antioch fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 25.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,500 - a 0.2% decrease over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Antioch in November 2017.
