Description

Want to make a difference for cancer patients?

Everyone knows someone who has had cancer. Maybe you want to make a difference but don’t know how. Why not volunteer as a cancer support group facilitator?

No experience needed.

You don’t need experience – just an open heart and a willingness to listen. We’ve partnered with Healing Hearts of Waukesha County, Inc. to provide expert training that will give you the confidence to become a facilitator. After training, you will have the option to co-facilitate a cancer support group.

Join the training session. Because we care about your health and safety, this session is offered virtually (Zoom).

To learn more or register, contact Maggie Lausten at 414-805-0998 or margret.lausten@froedtert.com. A link for virtual training will be provided upon registration. If you are interested but can’t make this date, please contact Maggie for information on future sessions.
