Leadership Kenosha convened in April to discuss "Healthy Leadership," examining how healthcare can intersect with community well-being and leadership presence. The session was held at Aurora Medical Center.

Doug Yeager, from Business Development – Employer Services at Aurora Health Care | Advocate Health, welcomed participants. "Doug offered an insightful overview of Aurora Medical Center, setting the stage for a day centered on health, leadership, and community impact."

The attendees took part in a "World Café" style Community Conversation facilitated by the Kenosha County Public Health team. Angie Havron, Public Health Supervisor; Liane Blanck, Population Health Manager, and Public Health Strategists Michelle Hernandez, Brad Woller, and Tessa Kohler led discussions on the critical health needs facing the community. "Their team encouraged LK participants to reflect on how leaders can support and engage with public health efforts in meaningful ways."
