Leadership Kenosha concluded its 2024-2025 program year with a session focused on community impact and agricultural education. The event began with team project presentations, where groups displayed their efforts in collaboration with local organizations to address community challenges. Alumni judges Laura Ervin, Rob Moore, and Maggie Campbell evaluated the projects, ultimately awarding Team Butterfly as Project of the Year. Other participating teams included Digital Cart Commanders, Roof Raisers, For the Future, and United Storytellers.

The session continued with discussions on agriculture's role in the region. Kenosha County Conservationist Paul Tollard and Director of Planning & Development Andy Buehler led a conversation on how agriculture and land use planning affect the local economy and environment.

In the afternoon, participants visited Mighty Grand Dairy and Brightonwoods Orchard to gain firsthand insights into dairy farming and apple growing. Myron Daniels from Mighty Grand Dairy and Bill Stone from Brightonwoods Orchard guided these tours, emphasizing the leadership required in farming operations.
