A special event titled "A Journey Through Native Heritage and Skies" is scheduled for November 19, 2024. The open house will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., featuring various activities aimed at celebrating Native American culture.
Attendees can expect performances by youth drummers and singers, as well as opportunities to engage in traditional games. There will be displays of artifacts and regalia, along with informational tables providing insights into the Kenosha area. Additionally, samples of traditional Native American food will be available for tasting.
The event also includes a planetarium presentation called "Journey Through Native Skies," with sessions starting at 4:30 p.m. and again at 5:30 p.m. Interested participants are encouraged to register for these presentations.
