There were 1,309 students enrolled in Central/Westosha UHS School District in the 2024-25 school year, 2.4% more than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 50.2% identified themselves as girls, 49.8% as boys.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 83% of the Central/Westosha UHS School District total enrollment.
